Ryan Bliss has created a new card routine called REVERSION that is both clean and fair. In the first phase, a blank card is handed out for examination, while the spectator chooses any card from a regular deck. The blank card is then placed anywhere in the deck and magically transforms into the spectator's chosen card.
The second phase is just as impressive and can be performed on its own. A freely selected card is placed face up in a face up deck, partially sticking out. With a shake, the card visually turns face down, and with a wave, the entire deck follows suit. The spectator then pushes the card into the deck, and with a snap, it turns face up again.

Imagine handing out a blank card to be examined by your spectator as you ask them to choose ANY card from a regular deck. The spectator is then asked to place the blank card anywhere in the deck. Moments later, it inexplicably changes into the selection as if by magic.
