Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return due to change of mind. To do so, simply contact our customer service team by phone or email and send us the product. You do not need to explain the reason for the return.
We want you to be completely satisfied with our service, and we are confident in the quality of our products. We understand that sometimes the product you saw on the website may not be exactly what you expected, and our guarantee is designed so you do not keep items you will not use.
To process the return, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, and with its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in good condition, we will issue a voucher for its value that you can use on a future order, or you may choose a refund.
Guarantee Restrictions
Please note that this guarantee does not apply to books, DVDs, products with DVDs or online instructions, or sale items.
If any of these products are defective, we will replace them with the same product in good condition. The product must be returned by certified mail, and shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Defective Products
If the product has a problem caused by a manufacturing defect (and not by wear or misuse), we will process the replacement of the defective part or exchange it for a new one with the manufacturer during the first 365 days from the purchase date. Please note that shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Special Orders
If you need to order a product that is not in our catalogue, we will do our best to get it for you. Please note that special orders are not covered by our guarantee and that instructions may be in the product’s original language.
The price of a special order will vary depending on the product. This price will be approximately 20% more expensive than in other American shops due to extra import costs and customs duties.
