Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return due to change of mind. To do so, you just need to contact our customer service team by phone or email and send us the product. You don't need to explain the reason for the return.

We want you to be completely satisfied with our service and we are confident in the quality of our products. We understand that sometimes the product you have seen on the website is not exactly what you expected, and our guarantee is designed so that you don't end up with unused items.

To process the return, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, and with its original packaging. Please note that the shipping costs for the return will be paid by the customer. Once we have received the product and checked that it is in good condition, we will generate a voucher for its value that you can use in a future order, or you can choose to receive a refund.

Warranty Restrictions
It is important to note that this guarantee is not valid for books, DVDs, products with DVDs or online instructions, or for products on sale.

If any of these products are defective, we will exchange them for another one without defects. The return of the product must be made by certified mail and the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Defective Products
If the product has any problems due to a manufacturing defect (and not due to wear and tear or misuse), we will work with the manufacturer to replace the defective part or exchange it for a new one during the first 365 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Special Orders
If you need to order a product that is not in our catalog, we will do our best to get it for you. Please note that special orders are not covered by our guarantee and that the instructions may be in the original language of the product.

The price of the special order will vary depending on the product. This price will be approximately 20% more expensive than in other American stores due to extra import costs and customs duties.
