Terms and Conditions of the Points Program

By participating in our Points Program, you agree to the following terms that govern its operation and use. This program is designed to reward your loyalty and offer you benefits on your future purchases.

Earning Points

You will receive 5% of the value of each product in points. For example, a product that costs 100 euros will generate 500 points, equivalent to a discount coupon of 5 euros (100 points = 1 euro).

The maximum number of points that can be earned per order is 10,000 points, equivalent to 100 euros.

Redeeming Points

Accumulated points can be converted into discount coupons for your future purchases. Every 100 points are equivalent to 1 euro of discount. The minimum amount of points that can be used to generate a discount coupon is 500 points.

The generated discount coupons are valid for 365 days from the date of issue.

Expiration of Points

Accumulated points are valid for 365 days from the date of the purchase that generated them. After this period, the points will automatically expire.

Limits and Restrictions

The Points Program is subject to the following restrictions to prevent abuse:

  • The maximum number of points that can be earned per order is 10,000 points (equivalent to 100 euros).
  • Points and discount coupons are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred to third parties.
  • It is not possible to use discount coupons in combination with other promotions or discounts unless expressly indicated.

Prevention of Abuse

To ensure the integrity of the Points Program, we implement the following security measures:

  • In case of product returns, the points generated by that purchase will be deducted from your account. If you have already used the points before the return, the corresponding value will be deducted from the refund.
  • Any attempt to manipulate the system, including but not limited to hacks, creation of fake accounts, or fraudulent activity, will result in the immediate cancellation of accumulated points and expulsion from the program.
  • We reserve the right to request identification or other documentation to verify the legitimacy of transactions if suspicious activity is detected.
  • We reserve the right to take legal action against any individual or entity attempting to defraud or abuse the Points Program.

Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Points Program and/or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on our official channels.

Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Points Program implies full acceptance of these conditions.
